The services may encompass what is found in the Service Specification and Details, according to the needs and specifications agreed upon between the parties.

The legal and commercial relationship between the company providing the 24-hour Health services is established through a service provision contract for each user, with care provided by duly regulated and registered specialist medical professionals, respecting and complying with international health care protocols.
